Cop, family reunite after New Year's Day birth

Lessie Robinson says "the anxiety level was at a 10" when she called 911 early on New Year's Day morning, suddenly realizing her daughter, Christina, was about to give birth at their Evergreen Road home. It took the cool-headed David Spakowski, a township police officer who was the first to arrive at the scene, to ease their nerves and ensure the smooth delivery of baby Layla Clarke.
