I guess he has never seen any of those old black and white movies were the girl was always tied up and laid "across" the tracks. At best he would've been clipped. I had a drunk college fall asleep on some tracks before were I used to work. He lived, but the impact broke most of his bones, ripped his clothes away, and left his shoes right where he was sitting. I thought the shoe thing was neat.
Geat job Deputy, I hope he geets an atta boy at the least.
Going back to night shift sucks!

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.
