2 JSO officers arrested for writing fake report
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Two veteran officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office are behind bars and accused of elaborating on a police report during a potential drug bust.
According to Undersheriff Frank Mackesy, Sgt. Marc Garza, a 14 year veteran, and Officer David Cervone, a 4 year veteran, wrote an elaborate police report on a drug bust he says never happened.
