Nursing home employeed accused of abusing residents
Authorities are searching for a Minnesota nursing home worker charged with shoving a sock in a resident's mouth last month in Becker County.
Another employee at the Sunnyside Care Center in Lake Park, Minn., said she saw Quantel Morris do it, but police haven't been able to find him since.
One Minnesota family raised their concerns about Morris months ago.
Morris stared working at Sunnyside at the end of September. About three months later, Morris was in a room with a 98-year-old woman when court documents said one of his co-workers saw a sock in her mouth. Morris said the woman wouldn't quit hollering while he was changing her.
