Man and woman arrested for having sex in a parking lot while people watched

TAMPA - A parking lot is not the best place to feel amorous, a man and woman learned early Tuesday.

Tampa police Officer Stephen Hiles was on patrol about 2:30 a.m. when he passed Peabody’s Billiards, 15333 Amberly Drive, and saw a man and woman having sex against a car as several people watched, arrest affidavits state.

Hiles charged Amber Nicole Mumma, 19, of Lutz, and Marcelo Gonzalez, 23, of Tampa, with misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior. Gonzalez also is charged with misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest without violence. Mumma also is charged with giving a police officer a false name.

Records state that both work at a Moe’s Southwest Grill in Tampa. They were being held at Orient Road Jail on Tuesday. Mumma’s bail was $750, and Gonzalez’s bail was $1,250.

A friend and I were bike riding through a city park once and we saw this woman getting it doggy-style in a car. The man was standing up beside the driver's side and the woman was positioned across both front seats. To top it off, they decided to pick a spot directly underneath a streetlight, right behind the city zoo.

In florida resisting arrest without violence is creating a circumstance where the officer cant arrest you while not doing violence to the officer such as running, pulling away etc.

Well, if you're confused about resisting arrest without violence, because they may be NEKKED and can't fight the officers without the clothes on.

Picture that, Accord.

This reminded me of a couple who humped in the vehicle at my college's parking lot. The windows fogged up like in Titanic movie. I pressed the blue button for emergency at the pole to let the officers know to check at the LOT F space.

Having sex in the open and being watched is called Dogging and there are many 'sites' here that you can go to. There are websites that list the places and tell you what you are likely to see (M/M, M/F, F/F... did i leave any out? lol) . There are also protocols to adhere to, should you wish to attend such a place.

For the record... I have not been to any of these places... I've just heard of them... honest!!!
