GREAT FALLS — A 22-year-old Great Falls man has denied charges that he shot his 19-month-old daughter with a BB gun, injuring her forehead.
Carmen Gopher pleaded not guilty Thursday to a charge of felony assault on a minor. He is accused of pointing a BB gun at his daughter and pulling the trigger. Court records say the BB penetrated the baby's forehead.
