Man Accused Of Beating Mother With Wooden Sword
A Sacramento County man is being held without bail on assault and attempted murder charges after allegedly beating his mother with a wooden sword.
Stanley Mumby, 52, was arrested Saturday morning in the Foothill Farms area after he attacked his bedridden 83-year-old mother, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
