NORTH AVONDALE -- A 31-year-old Hartwell man is facing 11 criminal charges after police said they found him passed out drunk behind a wheel of a stolen car on West Mitchell Avenue early Saturday morning.
According to Cincinnati police, Damon Bailey of Anthony Wayne Ave. in Hartwell was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bailey also did not have a driver’s license.

The police report said it was his fifth arrest on alcohol and driving charges.

After being arrested, Bailey told the officer: “I will find you and I will kill you,” according to the police report.
