Proof that Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Poor Performance
From the Sunday Times (UK)
The United States Navy arrested six suspected pirates yesterday after they attacked a warship off the Horn of Africa.
The pirates began shooting at the USS Ashland, an amphibious dock-landing ship, 380 miles off Djibouti.
The Ashland, which can carry 500 marines, returned fire and destroyed their skiff.
All six men were subsequently rescued from the sea.A common mistake made when trying to come up with a totally foolproof design is to completely underestimate the innate ingenuity of fools.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you but it's still there on my list of options, so are you coming quietly.........?

UK readers will recognise the format of the title.
Don't know if you use it over there but it's a bit of a saying used in Policing and the Armed Forces over here used when planning ops, known as the 7 P's - I missed one out as I'm a polite chap
