Diaper Thief Sentenced to Probation

An Amherst man has been sentenced to 30 months probation after trying to steal dirty diapers from Portage County home last September.


Apparently this man was trying to steal dirty diapers. The homeowner was able to hold him until the police arrived.

When Officers asked Makuski if his intent was to steal dirty diaper, he said "Yes." During his arrest, six dirty diapers were discovered in his pockets, he was also wearing a large diaper.


I have one question…..were they cloth or disposable?
