What a dolt! All he had to do is answer the young man's questions or walk away. Granted the "student" could have cooperated a bit better by introducing himself, but that is beside the point. He didn't have to grab the student the way he did. You would figure that this politician want to bask in a bit of limelight but instead he gets all secretive. The Congressman sure garnered a lot of attention with that move.

Yep, I could see a harassment charge coming by refusing to let go when the boy kept asking him to and then that "I've got you" hug. Definitely weird. All he had to do was keep walking by.
