Two Ukiah men reportedly beat down and held another man until sheriff deputies arrived Tuesday morning in a case of "street justice," according to Lt. Rusty Noe of the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office.

07-03-10, 01:46 AM #2Robert Timothy Valadez, 22, reportedly admitted to the two men who confronted him on Laws Avenue that he had broken out their windshield the night before, and allegedly repeated the admission later to deputies.
