Correctional Officer Could Get Fired After Sheriff Learns of Playboy Shoot
I have been debating on whether to post this or not so sorry about the delay. The last time I posted something like this here I was disciplined for it, and rightfully so. Hopefully the pic I chose is satisfactory as there were others that are much more risque.
Yes PGG, there are pics.
You guys can all decide if she's hot or not.
All I can say is be careful of what you do in your off time, or before gaining employment in certain jobs. It may return to bite you in the ass later.
Supposedly Lunderby has hired an attorney and said she she will consider legal action for the Playboy flap and another issue from the past that has her concerned.

Washington County Sheriff's Office Says Photos are a 'Distraction'

A 21-year-old Arkansas correction officer might lose her job after her bosses discovered that she had ditched her department uniform for a nude photo shoot commissioned by Playboy.
Jessie Lunderby was put on administrative leave Sunday by the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Fayetteville, Ark., after officials learned that she had been featured on Playboy's website as the "June 7th Cyber Girl of the Week."
"What she did wrong is up for debate," said Washington County Sheriff Tim Helder. "We've got certain policies and a code of ethics that everyone signs off on."
"That includes bringing down the reputation of the law enforcement division in the eyes of the public," said Helder.
Helder said Lunderby violated department policy on proper conduct and outside employment, but that wasn't the only issue.
"The biggest thing is the distraction," he said. "It distracts us inside our department from performing our mission which is to arrest bad people and put people in jail."
"In my view, taking your clothes off and making a private issue a public one has done nothing to aid us in our mission," Helder said.
Lunderby made things worse, said Helder, by including the name of the department she worked at in her Playboy.com biography, where she also described her dream job as one working as an uncover police officer.
Helder said that the decision as to what happens to Lunderby now rests in the hands of the county attorney.
Lunderby denies that anything she did sheds a bad light on the department.
"I don't think it's making law enforcement look bad. I'm not even a law enforcement officer. I'm a detention officer. I work with detainees in jail awaiting trial," said Lunderby.
But there is some precedent for the situation Lunderby now finds herself in.
In 1980, Cibella Borges posed for nude two times in the months before becoming inducted into the New York City Police Department. When the force found out a year later, Borges was suspended and eventually fired. She later won a lawsuit in the New York Appellate Court and was given her job back.

Jessi Lunderby expects everything to be smooth after she posed all bare for the upcoming Playboy magazine.
She is currently a detention officer and hopes for the best as far as the main Sheriff office is concerned.
“They knew about it, I informed them about it,” Lunderby told CBS affiliate KFSM. “They had plenty of time to say no…They never said no.”
Maj. Rick Hoyt of the Washington County sheriff’s office is still to investigate if she has violated any protocol of the land. Such policies might include one barring “conduct unbecoming of an officer or employee of the department”.
Another policy prohibits working in some particular types of jobs, “and one of those has to do with sexual conduct,” Hoyt said.

I always end up on the minority side of these discussions, but I think her employer has nothing to say about it if she wasn't posing in uniform or identifying her employer.
That said her "I'm not law enforcement" comment is just stupid. She might be hot, but apparently not all that bright.I'm your huckleberry...

Naked women are (almost) always interesting. That said : Violated her contract? If not, stay on the job.
Opened herself up to public ridicule? Sure did. HR should be alerted in case she files a SH related complaint later.
Put your clothes on and get back to work.

In the article she states that she notified her Department of the shoot before hand and they didnt say no. If that is true that is one for her. By her naming the Department that she worked for as part of the shoot is one against her.

Here's where I can see a problem: She's a CORRECTIONS OFFICER. Are the prisoners able to get copies of Playboy? Could those photos cause a problem in the facility? Just maybe, huh?
That said -- her overall attitude seems typical of people her age. They all want to do it their way, and screw anyone else or what they might think.Voting against incumbents until we get a Congress that does its job.

OK you horn-dogs, here you go.
Especially PGG because he is just that way.
There doesn't appear to be any nudity but there are too many to post, so here are a couple of links. If you want nudity, you're going to have to go elsewhere as I am not going to get negative rep like I did the last time or stand a chance of getting banned.

It's subjective -- but I bet your agency has the same policy. Conduct Unbecoming is nebulous... but they'll still hang you by it if they want to.
Like I said, I can easily see this becoming a serious problem inside the facility.Voting against incumbents until we get a Congress that does its job.

I wanted to read what she wrote in her bio. I did a little digging (not much, pretty easy to find) and found a blurb and some pictures on the playboy website.
The article said she works for a "country (sic) sheriffs office" but does not name the department. I'm not sure if it's the same reference the above article mentions, but just saying you work for a sheriffs office is not nearly as bad as NAMING the sheriffs office. No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13
