COLUMBIANA — A room full of law enforcement officers erupted into applause when Shelby County Law Enforcement Personnel Board Chairman Randy Donaldson announced his vote against a measure some said would “attack” education incentives and step raises built into deputies’ salaries.

From reading his comments, it appears that he sure has it in for your agency.
I've never heard a LE agency be referred to as a "Goat Show". I guess there is always a first time.
