Police: Woman Robbed Husband At Gunpoint Wife Charged With Domestic Violence
CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati woman is accused of robbing a man at gunpoint -- her own husband.
Police said Stephanie Fall pointed a gun at her husband, Modou Fall, on Sunday afternoon and demanded money.
Officers said Stephanie Fall threatened to shoot her husband if he didn't comply.

Maybe laws in Ohio are different than here. If they are married, then his money is hers and vice versa. She threatened him to give her money that is essentially hers anyway. So I don't think a robbery charge would fly here. Other charges would apply, but not quite robbery. And hell, wives threaten husbands for money all the time, just that most don't use an actual gun.CHIRP! CHIRP!
