Marine dies after defending his wife
saw this, thought I'd share - guy apparently served in Iraq and is stationed in N.O.... some knucklehead started yelling obscenities at his wife, he starts defending her, gets stabbed multiple times...

A wiser course of action would have saved his life.
Not saying this wasn't a tragedy or that he wasn't killed by dirtbags, but there is no dishonor in walking away proudly.I'm your huckleberry...

Killed in his Mess Dress while walking home with his wife from a Marine Corps Ball...UFB!
I hope they find the guy who did this and he gets the death sentence...and all his friends get tried in 3rd degree for even being associated with that POS. Words cannot fathom how angry this story makes me.

Too bad they can't send him to Leavenworth for this crime. It should be a Federal offense for the killing of any Serviceman regardless of status, currently serving OR veteran. They could also sent him to USMC boot camp and let his colleagues take care of him blanket party style.
