Open missing endangered child. ATL West Coast

Allright guys and gals. Here is a missing photo of a friend of the family. She is believed to be in the company of her "uncle" (Possible evidence of a "Predator"). She has been missing for over 72 hours now and most of the search effort is from Redding, California to the LA area. I want to get the word out everywhere though. Please keep this in your thoughts and prayers.

Our local Sheriffs Department will not put out an Amber alert because there is no evidence of foul play but the creep has disconnected his cell phone and not contacted any known family members or friends. The "Uncle" has a shaved head with a long "Pony tail patch" on the back of his head. Keep an eye out guys please.

I forgot to add that Jean has Black hair when last seen but we included a picture of her with blond hair in case she changes it.

Hello everyone. I am the new guy that asked MacLean to post the info for me. There is no good news in this case yet. Jean is still missing and a young family is still going crazy. Wish I could give more information. Glad to be here but I wish it was under different circumstances. Maclean, thanks again man.

I dont have any good news to report yet. The CHP has denied 4 requests to post an Amber Alert. I dont have the full story but I do know that, a 15 year old girl is missing and took no clothes, cell phone or her purse with her. The family has come to the belief that she may have agreed to go for a ride or something else with her Uncle and intended to come back. The fact that she took nothing with her, and he has dropped off the face of the planet and cancelled his cell phone, not shown up for work, a concert where he was the base player for a band he is in, and has not contacted anyone is very frightening for them.

The family is being realistic about this and will even accept that if there was a relationship between the two the rest of it does not add up.

(Sheriff Tom Bosenko) said the CHP told him the requests for an Amber Alert were denied because the CHP doesn’t consider her to be abducted or in immediate threat of injury or death.

That's quite the gamble there. I certainly hope it pays off.

Jean has still not been found. The Shasta County Sheriffs Office has now issued a Felony arrest warrant for the Uncle. Here is a link to the latest news article. The arrest warrant is for 278 PC F. Felony detainment or concealment of a child for the custodian.
