It's no crime to ask a cop for a lift, but if you end up behind bars, it might be your own fault. Just ask two criminal suspects who were apprehended after hailing rides from police in Oregon and Florida.
Investigators in West Linn, Ore., say they've nabbed a burglary suspect who attempted to turn a patrol car into a getaway vehicle.
Zannish Frazier, 28, was arrested Dec. 14 after she called police to ask for a ride after claiming she had been thrown out of her boyfriend's home, according to OregonLive.com

I remember years ago a local cop had a guy ask for a quick ride from him. Luckily the cop performed a quick pat down on him for safety and found that the kid had a gun on him. He was arrested.Calm Like A Bomb...
