Suspicious woman arrested in baby ward
BARBERTON, Ohio - An Akron woman has been charged with attempted kidnapping after police say she tried to get into a hospital maternity ward.
Officers were called to Barberton Citizens Hospital on Wednesday when hospital staff reported a woman acting suspicious.
Police said over the past week, 20-year-old Lachana Williams had been trying to get into the hospital’s maternity wards. Barberton police said Williams did not have any contact with any of the children in the hospital during this time.

My wife catches babies in a maternity ward at a local hospital. Let me just say, that place can be locked down in less than two seconds, literally. There is not a jury in America that is going to care how bad your ass got kicked trying to steal a family's newborn baby. The cops would probably end up saving the offender from that beating too. Just something to think about for all you crazy baby stealing S.O.B.s reading this.
