So my quiet little hometown in Norway had some action today. Apparently some guy had had enough of the drug addicts hanging out in the city park and decided to do something about it...well...maybe not the best solution

Now, keep in mind, guns are banned in Norway with the exception of hunting rifles/shotguns (restrictions on that too) and VERY restrictive handgun ownership (as in, no, you can't have one). Yet, this guy manages to shoot and wound three people in broad daylight in the middle of town....

Didn't Denver pass a law a few years ago that encouraged people to openly carry their handguns and crime dropped like 50%?
