The old concealing marijuana and Xanax in the buttocks trick has failed once again.

Michael Anthony Fisher told Crestview police a lot of things when they found three pills on his person and one-and-a-half more when they searched his car following a traffic stop.

“The defendant advised he has a prescription for the pills found on his person,” an incident report said. “The defendant later stated ‘Where I’m from they would smash those in the ground and let me go.’ ”

The cops chose not to let Fisher go, as the pills he was carrying turned out to be hydrocodone and, they believed, Xanax.

They took him to jail instead. There, according to the incident report, “the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections found the defendant was concealing an item in his buttocks.”
