Pretty disturbing...luckily the original instigator wasn't killed. Where the hell were the teachers?

School bully tastes own medicine
This happened a couple of days ago at a Sydney school. I think bullying is absolutely disgusting, but lets all sit back and watch what happens when you grab the bull by the horns.

I think Alabama is now recruiting that kid as an offensive lineman.

Just because he's laid back doesn't mean he can't be pushed too far.

At what point does this kid sticking up for himself stop being a good thing and crosses the line into assault?
Not trying to stir the pot here, the smaller kid was an asshole, but I think the stone cold stunner was a bit much for being punched and pushed around. He's lucky he didn't kill that kid. ~

The small kid had choices. He did not have to assault the larger kid to start with. He had the choice to walk away and not continue the assault when the larger kid did not react. The larger kid defended himself and effectively ended the assault, then walked away. The smaller kid could have been seriously hurt but he put himself squarely in that position. If the larger kids only intent was to stop the assault, which appears to be the case, that would negate this being an assault.

that's a good common sense answer, but what is the likelihood in America that the bigger kid gets arrested, charged, found guilty, stuffed into a juvenile facility until he's 18 and then is even more f'ed up when he gets out? Maybe the video exonerates him...but without the video and all the witnesses are on the aggressor's side? Poor kid gets rung up, I'm afraid.

I agree, this kid went way overboard and could have killed the first brat, very easily. It's frightening all the way around.

I think the little Shit-Bird got what he deserved,. From what I've heard, it was a daily occurence with this kid strutting around and picking on the big kid. After he body slammed the little guy, he walked away. I'd feel different if he stomped the turd, and I'm willing to bet that no one else is going to mess with the guy again.

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.
