Good to see the appropriate use of firearms for a change in one of these cases.The shootings follow reports of two Rottweilers behaving aggressively towards members of the public in the Holdbrook area of Waltham Cross.
Residents were told to stay indoors as 20 officers and a dog warden tried to catch the animals, believed to have escaped from a house on the estate.

I was curious about that. It didn't actually say in the article. Not being critical, just curious. Although, I really hate that they had to be shot. But, I put that back on the owner, not the officers. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I've shot 3 dogs, 1 horse and a bull, not all at the same time, obviously.
Dogs were at drug raids. Horse was because it had broken a leg and the Vet asked us to. And the bull had escaped from an abattoir and was running around a shopping centre.To be born an Englishman, is to be a winner in the Lottery of Life.
