Supporters of referendum to repeal Ohio's new anti-union law can start collecting signatures
With the certifications of Secretary of State Jon Husted and Attorney General Mike DeWine, the group We Are Ohio can now begin collecting the 231,147 valid signatures of registered Ohio voters required to place on the Nov. 8 ballot a question to repeal the controversial law that limits collective bargaining for the state's 360,000 public employees.More here: Senate Bill 5 opponents can start collecting signatures | The Columbus Dispatch
The approved version, which outlines the limits to collective bargaining imposed by the bill backed by Republicans and signed by Gov. John Kasich, concludes with: "If a majority of the voters vote not to approve the Act, then enacted changes will not take effect and the prior version of the affected laws will remain in effect."

I'm sure it'll get on the ballot but doubt it'll pass.
