SAN ANTONIO -- What started as dispute between neighbors ended with a man assaulting his mother, then police using a taser on the suspect to get him into custody.
Police were called to the 2200 block of West Southcross Wednesday evening by a woman who said her neighbor had threatened her.
Police arrived and said the man was inside his trailer, holding a gun and a sword.
Police said the man's mother came out of the trailer to talk to police and officers thought the situation was about to end, but it only escalated.
The suspect's mother tried to get him out of the trailer, but police said he punched her in the face.
