Irony strikes again
I was fishing down there this weekend. Traffic is horrible because half of Anchorage is fishing on the Kenai River right now.
N. Dakota lawmaker killed in Kenai crash disliked seat belts: Kenai | Alaska news at adn.com
North Dakota's Senate majority leader, Bob Stenehjem, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the sport utility vehicle he was driving when he was killed in a highway crash near Soldotna, authorities said Tuesday.
The SUV hit an embankment, rolled several times and came to rest on its roof in a driveway, the report says. Bob Stenehjem; his son, Robert W. Stenehjem Jr., 34, who is known as Rob to his family; and a friend of Rob Stenehjem's, Keith Johnson, 34, of Hinckley, Minn., were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the vehicle, the report says.
As a state senator, Bob Stenehjem opposed proposals to make North Dakota's seat-belt law into a primary enforcement law, and friends said he personally disliked wearing a seat belt.Verified Libra- There sure are a lot of people born in August around here.

That pesky seat belt again.
Most of the fatalities in this state seem to be ejections due to a lack of seat belt usage. When I work rollovers where people are belted, I'm not shy telling them they likely survived because of it.That which does not kill me, better start fucking running.
If I lived every day like it was my last, the body count would be staggering.
