Cuts, what cuts?
According to the current government spin recent reduction in budgets will not have any effect on numbers of police on the streets. Yeh right, apparently soemeone else agrees with the logical conclusion most people draw from the cuts.
BBC News - Police 'plan to cut 14% of jobs by 2015'the sole advantage of power is that you can do more good.
