I've been reading a lot about these riots. Isn't it a damn shame that if a victim (in GB) defends himself and injures the attacker, he , the victim can and would be charged with some type of assault. Isn't it a shame that defending oneself is a crime!

Quite within your rights to use reasonable force to defend yourself. Its only when the force used. Is deemed unreasonable that there could be a problem.

I've still got 2 Asps, 2 Arnold batons and 2 sidehandled batons and a couple of truncheons. Wonder what I could make on Ebay.
