Waveney District councillor Andrew Draper resigns
BBC News - Waveney District councillor Andrew Draper resignsA Waveney District councillor convicted of drink-driving has resigned.
Andrew Draper was fined £800 and banned for driving for two years in August after pleading guilty to drink-driving and assaulting a constable.
Mr Draper had stepped down from the cabinet and left the Conservatives to become an independent councillor, but has now resigned from this post.
