MP's Aide To Sue Met Police Over 'Assault'
Labour MP's Aide Alex Bryce Sues Met Police After CCTV Footage Shows Him Being Pinned To The Ground | UK News | Sky News
More at linkA Labour MP's aide has said he will sue the Metropolitan Police after CCTV footage showed him being pinned to the ground by a policeman.
Alex Bryce - who works for Tom Blenkinsop- claims he was punched and his civil partner Ian Feis bundled to the floor as they left Parliament with friends.
Mr Bryce said an officer objected when one of the group allegedly swore at a taxi driver but he told Sky News he did not remember hearing a swear word.
He recalled how he told the officer there was nothing to be concerned about and was then asked to produce his parliamentary pass.
When the officer tried to take it from him, he pushed the policeman's arm away and hurried away. Mr Feis walked in another direction and was stopped by another officer."all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" Edmund Burke.

The case was thrown out after the video was shown? That would ensure a conviction here.
