Judge: Occupy DC must get notice before eviction - Yahoo! News
I know a U.S Park Police Officer, and he says that the occupy campsites are disgusting. He has been there since they first arrived, and he said you wouldn't believe the nasty crap that goes on.

That's what happens when you let them settle. They never should have been allowed to squat.

Issue them trespass notice, give them a couple hours to unass the place, then hook up the ones who declined to take it seriously. They can 'occupy' a cell for a while instead.

I told him that thy guys name wasn't Wal Mart but .........He told medon't be a smart ass ( he was bearly 21); I still need a search warrant. Didn't get one and didn't lose the case (Larceny).

Lawyers. In Louisiana it's a crime to remove a shopping cart from the store property without permission.
You won the case anyway but I wonder if you could have played his silly game and argued the shopping cart was covered by the Carroll Doctrine in regards to warrantless seaches of "vehicles".SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM-Ex-Sheriff Martin Howe to Will Kane in "High Noon"
"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Some folks you can argue with. In this case, he (and a bunch of other sharks) has just graduated from Law School and went directly to the Solicitors Office (our DA) from the Bar Exam. First year Asst Solicitors are worse then Rookies. At lease in SC they have to go to the academy before hitting the street; Solicitors are just turned loose to make dicisions without knowing how to wipe their snot noses.
