Whitney Houston Dead
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Whitney Houston, who reigned as pop music's queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, has died. She was 48.
Publicist Kristen Foster said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unclear.

I hated when her life took a wrong turn. She had some great music there for a while.

A voice like hers is a gift....she was able to breathe such fire into a song...I will never forget her National Anthem at the Superbowl.
I once heard Amazing Grace sung at a police officer's funeral by a young woman with a similar gift. It sent shivers down my spine. That is how I felt listening to Whitney. When God gives suh a gift, it is ment to be used and loved by those who hear it. Doesn't matter how she died...she was one of God's favorites.
I just listened to I will Always Love You again....The memories associated with that song...priceless.
