Crime is out of control in Wisconsin!
This was in a local paper recently: (and you think only big cities have their share of whack-jobs.)
WAUPUN — A man who answered the door wearing a fishnet stocking on his head and a skin-tight spandex tuxedo prompted a pizza deliveryman to contact police.
The man went to the Waupun Police Department at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday to report the incident that happened while he was delivering for XXXXX, . Main St., according to the Waupun Police Department log.
The man said he felt he was going to be robbed. However, the transaction went as planned, according to the log.
The dispatcher noted that no crime took place.
When will the maddness end?

Now that would be a fun call to go on, i grew up about 10 min from there, the community is small with a prison dead center of town that a few famous killers had stays at
