Louisiana is the least peaceful state according to the report analysis.

I knew Tennessee had to be on that list. Second in the nation for meth (on track for first place again though) and second least peaceful.

South Carolina has the among the lowest high school graduation rate in the country, as well as among the highest rates of teen pregnancy and teen deaths.
