Just doing some cursory research online, it looks like this happens every year. There's an Arab festival, douchnozzles from both sides show up spoiling for a fight, and provoke each other till one side loses their shit. Two years ago, it was Christian missionaries that got arrested for disorderly conduct (although they claim they were arrested for being Christian, it may have had something to do with the EBC-esq signs they were carrying), this year people seem to be whining that the police didn't do anything. Either way, it's the other side's fault. And the cops' fault, can't leave them out of the blame game.
