You can't win a war without boots on the ground no matter on how great the technology, Keith. War still requires warriors with stout hearts and indomitable spirits to go in harm's way and make the decisions about who is friend or foe , who is an enemy combatant and who is an eleven year innocent. You lessen casualties by fighting total war to win or you don't put the warrior at risk .
