State dept blasts CNN for reporting on contents of the diary of deceased US ambassador against his family's wishesThe State Department – in a harsh, detailed statement – is accusing CNN of an “indefensible” invasion of the privacy of Christopher Stevens, the late U.S. ambassador to Libya, after finding his seven-page journal in the consulate where he was killed.CNN fired back by saying that the State Department may be “attacking the messenger” because of “questions about why the State Department didn’t do more to protect Ambassador Stevens.”

For an administration well known for "throwing folks under the bus" and numerous other maleficence's, the State Dept is is one to talk.
