Bedford Auto Body Shop Owner Charged With Fraud | The Mt. Kisco Daily Voice

Brian Prato, a body shop owner, was arrested for insurance fraud and grand larceny after working on New York State Police vehicles. Prato allegedly billed for new parts when used parts were actually placed in the vehicles.
