Sounds like good stuff. Back in the day, I used to take my sniper team out in the middle of winter and have them practice. They called themselves "the Tundra Team." Man, we froze our asses off sometimes, but those guys could still shoot 3 rounds into a target the size of a quater at over 100 yards in less than 5 seconds.
