I went to a call once years ago for a theft from a store. Security had caught him. He had the bottom of his pants tucked into his shoes so they wouldn't come out. He them proceeded to stuff Advil, tylonel, and other medications into the pants. He had over $1000.00 worth.
Hence why dirtbags wear baggy pants.
