Whos fault is it?

Everyone is asking, "Who's fault is it?" There's only one answer: the killer. Millions of people have guns. They don't murder children. Millions of people have some type of mental disorder. They don't murder children. Thousands of people are bullied every day. They don't murder children. Millions of people are dealing with the same problems, be it family issues, mental issues, personal issues or social issues. They don't murder children.

I agree. Today's society is about passing blame and eliminating a person's responsibility for their actions.
