Husband of slain Wisconsin police officer arrested in her fatal shooting on Christmas Eve
WAUWATOSA, Wis. – The husband of a police officer who was fatally shot while patrolling in suburban Milwaukee on Christmas Eve has been arrested in connection with her death.
The Wauwatosa police department says in a Thursday statement that Benjamin Sebena, of Menomonee Falls, was booked into Milwaukee County Jail Wednesday night on a tentative charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
He has not been formally charged in 30-year-old Jennifer Sebena's death.
A message seeking comment was left at the district attorney's office Thursday.
Police officers discovered Sebena's body a couple of hours after she failed to respond to radio calls early on Christmas Eve. She had been shot several times.

If he gets convicted, he'll come to the joint where I work. He'll no doubt be in P.C.and will live out his life on the taxpayers dime. If he's guilty, I hope he gets the maximum, which in Wisc. is life with no parole.

According to news reports, her husband waited for her to show up outside the local fire station, then shot her 2 or 3 times in the back of the head, took her weapon and shot her 3 times in the face. I will make it a point to avoid this POS when he comes through DCI.
