Police have used a Taser stun gun on a man who was brandishing two knives outside Buckingham Palace in London.
I believe the human rights groups would have prefered he was shot or beaten with metal sticks rather than using this potentially lethal electric shock torture device

Yeah. A guy tried that at the White House I think in the 90's. The difference with ours is he won't do it again.
