In a Google hangout last evening, President Barack Obama explained that his problem is that he's "not the emperor of the United States.
"This is something I’ve struggled with throughout my presidency," said Obama. "The problem is that I’m the president of the United States, I’m not the emperor of the United States. My job is to execute laws that are passed." Well, then start and forget about those "Executive Order"
