Deputy fired for taping bikini-clad girls with his in car camera wants his job back
STUART, Fla. -- A Martin County deputy who was fired after using his squad car camera to tape women now wants his job back.
The sheriff's office fired deputy Jack Munsey in January after an investigation found that Munsey broke the rules by using the camera for unofficial purposes, spending on-duty time on off-duty activities and for improper conduct.
An investigation revealed that Munsey used his dashboard-mounted video camera to zoom in on and record bikini-clad girls, including one showering at a public beach.
Munsey is expected to go before a sheriff's review board this week and argue that he did not exploit anyone in making the tapes and made them in public places. The board has no authority to reinstate Munsey but the hearing is a chance for the former deputy to present his side of events.
The cameras are supposed to be used for documenting drunks trying to walk a straight line.

He can WANT his job back, but knowing MCSO... I highly doubt there is ANY chance of it. From my understanding he has a history with this type of behavior. He was once involved in an on duty accident. After they took him to the hospital, the found Playboy magizines in his car. Apparantly, he cannot wait until he gets home to pleasure himself.

I'd rather be tried by 12 then carried by 6.

A local PD in our county just got rid of a liability. When they were checking out his vehicle to his replacement, they found a dozen or so condoms, a toothbrush and some toothpaste in his road flare kit.

When the guy was SRO, he was showing kids how to make pot pipes out of pop cans, explaining that "[when you're done, you just crush them and no one will ever suspect a thing!]"
He also told HS students to disregard the "Exit Only" and "Enter Only" signs in the parking lot (put up after confusion resulted in a child's death in an accident). He explained that "[You're either exiting the parking lot or entering the road or vice versa, so the signs don't mean a thing.]"
It was a shame to lose such a pro-active officer, I'm sure.

Are you sure these guys aren't security guards? This is the kind of brain-dead shit I used to fire people for
