Captain's Son Pleads Not Guilty To Robbery Charges
The 20-year-old son of an LAPD captain has pleaded not guilty to a series of charges connected to the robbery of a Westchester boutique.
Kyle Bernard Jackson Junior and two accomplices were arrested Tuesday in a vehicle about two miles from the Jennifer Jeanne Boutique on Lincoln Boulevard.
A handgun and other unspecified evidence were found in the car. Police say they got away with cash and jewelry.
Jackson and 21-year-old John Richard Rebeiro are each charged with felony counts of second-degree robbery and receiving stolen property, with the special allegation of personally using a handgun.
Twenty-year-old Mallory Eddy is charged with a count of receiving stolen property.
Kyle Jackson Junior's father is the commanding officer of the Los Angeles department's Robbery Homicide Division.

Cops' and preachers' kids! I've arrested a number of both.
One night as I was sitting writing reports, I watched the drunk son of my shift Lt kick in an auto body shop and arrested him for burglary..... That made for a quiet precinct report room at the end of shift! When I used to be somebody (I'm center top)
