Exclamation Frisco, Texas Teen Vowed Random Killing, Police Say

Just a few miles from us in a very upscale suburb...

FRISCO, Texas -- Frisco police on Tuesday arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of shooting a younger teen during the weekend.

Officer Gina McFarlin said the boy shot a 14-year-old to fulfill a vow he made to commit a random murder.

McFarlin said the boy picked a house at random and planned to fire at whoever opened the door.

"He was very intent. He told us that he was going to kill somebody. He had no idea who was going to open the front door on Scottsdale Way, but he did tell us that if somebody opened it, he was going to open fire," McFarlin said.

The officer said they initially charged a 15-year-old boy in connection with the shooting, but dropped the charges when investigating a new tip.

Police said they discovered a gun at the 16-year-old's home and arrested him.

"We took him to the station and he told us that he had done the shooting. He had been involved in not only Saturday's shooting, but also a shooting on Thursday night, when he tried to kill a man walking his dog," McFarlin said. "At that point, we didn't know that there was a intended victim on Thursday."

The boy is now charged with two counts of attempted capital murder.

His 14-year-old victim suffered two gunshot wounds to the chest and is listed in critical condition at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.

Kill someone?? Now theres a goooooood idea!!!

How sick and demented does one person have to be to form the thought of killing a random human being......then actually carrying it out. And not in the heat of the moment??

Society gets pissed at what society produces. Stop the madness. Track this back to the source. Same problem as what Ducky dealt with yesterday. Bad parenting. We need to start issuing permits or mandatory classes or something.
    And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.
