Customer Robbed, Shot In Head At Gas Station

Sounds similar to what a friend of mine experienced about 6 or 7 years ago, except a club was used on him... And he managed to pull his gun on them & held them for police. Another aquaintance just got his gun back a few weeks ago after shooting an armed carjacker with a .44 magnum & blowing off half of his shoulder clavical back in April - Here's that story. ARLINGTON, Texas -- A man is hospitalized after being shot in the back of the head during a robbery at a Quick Trip gas station in Arlington.

The victim and his wife told police they were parked at the well-lit gas station on the 4200 block of South Collins when two armed men walked up to them and demanded money.

The robbers took some personal belongings from the couple before the man was shot in the back of the head.

The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His injuries are not life-threatening, NBC 5 reported.

Investigators were working with the couple to try to get a description of the events and robbers, but police said that a language barrier has made those discussions difficult.

The two robbers are on the loose and no description has been released.
