Dallas Resident Shoots Suspected Intruder Multiple Times

FORT WORTH, Texas -- A northeast Dallas man shot one of two suspects who broke into his apartment on Royal Lane overnight.
Police said the resident at the Fox Hollow Apartments in the 9400 block of Royal Lane shot the suspect at least three times, including once in the head.
The suspect was transported conscious to Baylor Medical Center. His condition was not known.
