We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

I agree with gozling! Please write it out. My 'puter at work won't let me in the site.

HONOLULU - TV reality star Duane "Dog" Chapman and two co-stars on his show were arrested early Thursday in Hawaii on charges of illegal detention and conspiracy in an alleged kidnapping three years ago in Mexico, U.S. Marshals said.
Chapman, 53, his son Leland Chapman, and associate Timothy Chapman were taken into custody in an operation involving 15 officers, said Mark Hanohano, U.S. Marshal for the district of Hawaii. They did not resist arrest, he said.
"All three were very compliant," Hanohano said. "It went down without incident."
Mona K. Wood, a publicist for the star of the popular A&E series "Dog the Bounty Hunter," said Chapman would be "vindicated."
"He arrests the bad guys — and he is definitely not one of them," she said.No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13

This is for their capture of Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir that was convicted of being a serial rapist. He jumped bail, and was hiding out in Mexico.

I think it's bullshit. I'm not a fan of "Dog", but this is utter crap. I think our government should tell Mexico they can have Dog as soon as they take a few million of their illegal immigrants back.

Maybe after he's out on bond he'll miss a court date. Can I get two or three helpers to go hunt that bounty?

Whether you are a fan of The Dog or not this was wrong for the US govt. to listen to Mexico and send the US Marshalls after him. Because of Dog there is one less scumbag on the streets.
Kidnapping...bah humbug.

Dawg was originally stationed out of Denver when he went after this rapist dude in Mehico. Him and his homies got caught "detaining" this POS and got arrested for kidnapping. This happened in 2003. The bad guy got sent to his fate, and the Chapman clan got sentenced to 20 years in the lovely land of cheap beer and $5 whores. The Mexican government made a deal with the US government that follows like this: Dog and his puppies would be released as long as they never operated anywhere in North or South America again. That's why they moved to Hawaii. It is not technically North or South America. That's the family story according to news accounts. I'm a die hard news hound.
I personally freakin' HATE bounty hunters and despise their total disrespect for local law enforcement, civil rights, and just the mere fact that any D-bag with mace and a mullet can carry a badge and kick in doors. I know this will stir up old battles with people, but just save your breath. You know how I feel and nothing can change that.
That said, I totally disagree with Dog being hunted down and sent to Mexico on something that happened three years ago. I think someone in some high place somewhere has an axe to grind. Maybe Vincente Fox wants those big titties and wasn't bright enough to think of a pick up line!!!!!!

Yep. Dog and the boys were arrested for kidnapping in Mexico (bounty hunting being illegal since the Mexican government doesn't want to lose their share of the bribe business). They were released on bail... which they promptly skipped!
